Offshore model

All project development work, starting with envisioning through to the delivery and support stage, is done at SmartInsight's offshore locations. Client is updated on a day to day basis and deliverables are delivered per schedule.

Onsite model

The project is carried out onsite at client's location. We have a highly qualified staff with strong programming skills. The process starts by selecting the right candidates to work on project development. The selected resources will stay with client until the project is delivered.

Onsite/Offsite model

This is just a combination of the above two processes. The onsite team located at client’s premises directly interacts with our offshore development team. The onsite team is able to address and attend to critical items and integration issues which need immediate attention, while our dedicated offshore team will work on system development.

This model is best suited for larger projects where requirements are dynamic, time bound. This model maximizes the utilization of time and resources by providing you with 24-hour development time and reducing production costs through the utilization of our own offshore facilities.
